Entrepreneur currently building up the Startup Ecosystem at USC.
James has a BA in International Relations and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC. James’ expertise is in startups, incubators, mentorship, crowdfunding and crowdsourcing. James is also a founder of IncubatriX, a premier Trojan Incubator that works to develop and enhance ecosystems at USC. He is a lifelong student and an entrepreneur.

Jonathan Montesdeoca
Jonathan graduated USC in May 2018 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He received a full-tuition scholarship from SENESCYT of Ecuador which he is very grateful for. Jonathan was very involved on USC campus throughout the years but one of his most proud memberships was in Society 53, the leadership body of the Student Alumni Society. He is interested in Social Entrepreneurship and wants to pursue that career with the solid foundation of an engineering education USC provided. His outside interests include playing guitar/singing, reading, and spending time with family.

QALEB PILLAI
Born in Chicago and raised in Dallas, Qaleb has been playing soccer since he was 10 years old. Qaleb has been a dedicated supporter of FC Barcelona since the 2008-2009 season, citing David Villa as his all time favorite player. In his free time, Qaleb enjoys writing screenplays, watching movies and TV, reading, and travelling the world. He graduate in May 2018 with a major in business administration with a minor in screenwriting. Qaleb hopes to pursue a career in entertainment as a talent manager/agent or a studio development executive, with a major goal being to make Hollywood a more inclusive environment that consistently produces meaningful, thought provoking content.
